Shortest & Longest BODYCOMBAT mixes (BC1-BC53)

Posted on: July 31, 2012

BODYCOMBAT 53 does see some changes to the shortest and longest possible BC playlists with track 2 in BC53 being only 2:58 seconds long! 53 is actually a really short release coming in at only 52.2 minutes – which is a shame as that means we could’ve done the muay thai track twice!! (you’ll seriously wish we did it is THAT good!!)

Other notable tracks in 53 for their length are track 8 which is a biggie at 7:42 and track 3 which is also quite long at 6:22. However these don’t come in near the actual longest tracks below. Again, instructors take all these factors into account when you start mixing otherwise you could potentially have a 1 hour 15 minute playlist on your hands! Full lists follow – enjoy 53 guys it’s just so good! Update on 54 coming soon too 🙂

The fact that they shorten the time in BC53 is awesome!
I wish they keep it to all the future releases and do that in BP too.

Now the classes can really be 55 minutes – including the setup time, the welcome time, the time to take their mats, the time to un-setup everything and have couple of minutes, for the next classes to come!!! .
You know very well that it’s only BC in the timetables. Almost always some other class is before and another after.

Personally I’m always forced -for the classes that I have in the “between hours”- my playlists to be 52-54 min max! and “brutally” :-p trying within 3-4 minutes, to fit all the above I mentioned in the second paragraph!

Hey Sonia – I see your point though my classes have kinda gotten used to 58 minute classes (and I only stop for about 20 seconds after track 5 these days) so they may feel a little ripped off at only 52 mins!

Means we do get plenty of time to cue the esquiva correctly etc I guess. I do wish that muay thai was longer though!!!

lol! My classes have no problem to do everytime and 2 hours in a row, but that wasn’t the point.
Yes we do have enough time if: no other class follows and if you have your own gym, where settting up and off (mics and etc) are not necessary every time.

YEAH Especially this MT track (53) is so fricking amazing. I did it last May in Eurosummit and I didn’t want to end!
And a better idea: A release with only Muay Thai tracks. Dreamy one 😀

Muay thai in 54 is great too!!!!!!!!

Have your say!
