Do you know a blog linking to videos of RPM 49 tracklist?

Thank you!

Tati I usually just link to the pump and combat tracks myself as they are the programmes I teach. You should be able to find them via google though 🙂

Im loving how Lady Gaga is in the new Pump! We need more GAGA i feel! hehehehe!

Ben it’s meant to be an awesome remix too 🙂

It has been universally acknowledged that the music for the current release (BC45) is considered but my participants to be much better than 44. This seems also to be true for current attack and pump.

After clicking a few of the links of the combat tracks i fear that i am not that impressed with the tracks chosen. Maybe they will grow on me but..Tetris music for combat?! come on D&R what you thinking?

Maybe the choreo will make up for it with hardcore moves – but at the end of the day if the music choices grate then its not a fun actrivity and just becomes “work”.

I too am interested in seeing this Russian track… crazy!

Hey Glen, tq for the update!looking forward new release.

AWESOME Glen! Have a blast and take lots of pix! 🙂

can you give me source link ?

hmmm, Body Combat tracks did not get me excited… which means my instructors will have to be really high to get others high.

Pump on the other hands sounds awesome. Didn’t search for Balance tracks yet, but few I recognize from the list seem very promising as well. Jam looks like going into more latino again 🙂

Hi Glen, I’ve just discovered that SH’BAM is a new Les Mills program. My first impression, it looks very similar to Body Jam. Do you know what is the difference?

Its a much simplier program, much more like zumba. Single tracks, and as far as I know its license free, so can be taught anywhere (even at non-les mills gyms or even school halls)

Official launch is at gfx in a couple weeks so will know more then

Thanks for the track update Glen. It’s been a while where I’ve been really excited by the music in BC….

Hi Glen !

Nice tracklist. BUT: New one is a good one: Pink-Raise your glass
Im sure u like it 🙂

Another good one:
Club cant handle me

Liking what I see, looking at the balance track list I am unsure of the origins of some of the songs.
Does anybody know if “Breathe” is originally by Erasure perhaps? (out on a limb here) and how about “Gorecki” ?!?! Supposing “Sign of a Victory” is the World Cup Anthem as sung by R. Kelly right? Mmmm. Makes for an interesting mix.

Also curious to see which version of Jason Mraz’s “I’m yours” they’ll use for the balance track, I think the acoustic version might be more suitable.

“Telephone” might have been written as a squat track 😀 . Looking forward to having “beautiful day” as chest track in pump, shame it can’t be the original version but the latest U2 covers (“Magnificent” in balance) were pretty close to the original.

Gorecki is by Lamb.

Hi guys anybody knows the clothing body combat 46?…. its venum again ? photos or links?

Have your say!
