Track 8 for BC #45 – hoorayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree! I’m doing my instructor module this release and I really want track 8 to teach! (almost don’t care about the chore! Almost…..;o))

Funnily enough I did that track the other day here (a national trainer was practising for workshop) and it reminded me of the filming. The chorey is quite different from our usual track 8s, but still very cool!

Proud Mary in BC45?!?! Oh no – I play that song every weekend with my band… boooooring!! lets hope it’s a techno hard rock awesome remix! LOL!
T3 in BC45 was a warmup in BC39 wasn’t it?
T8 is a Body Attack track – a good BA track at that, so lets leave it in BA shall we?
As usual, lets see how the music fits in the the chorry first before judging the release on the music alone!

oh no replay again?! We have just put up with it for almost 3 straight months due to the PPCA situation, and here it comes again :S I’m just hoping in rpm that they dont make ke$ha sound like someone has strangled her in the PPCA free song of Tik Tok.

Ahhhh can’t wait til track 8 in combat, I LOVE this song especially in attack and pump!! Although if i have to do another Komodo dragon i think i may scream as it would have been 6 months STRAIGHT of it…

Music sounds more uplifting than the current release, although i think we are all so sick of it that we have learnt to just deal with it…

Glen does it sound like a release that you would tire out of easily, as in music and chorry wise, like 44?

You’re welcome and love your blog!

The music in combat, can’t believe how great it seems. Just love ALL of the tracks ^^
The pump music though… All of the songs just seem out of place, weird…
Hope they’ll get better once you get to teach them a couple of times 🙂

I have to disagree with you a bit there Anna, whilst the music in BC45 is definitely better than 44 I LOVED pump 75. Ravers in the uk is a monster shoulder track and just went off! The track 8 in combat is good, but not their best work. Track 3 was recycled from just a few releases ago!

Wow! This is the first time I comment on my blog, I love you always have the latest posted, I understand that since you have done the recording and such, but here in Spain just to make recycling, and even just release the 44, I have many can not wait to see this! But what will you do? will have to wait ..
Oh! no … I can recall at least three tracks of this BodyCombat who already have done in any previous release, Why do they repeat the music? I get bored, sure this is the final track list? hpmh! : 3
On the other hand, I love the posters, what a shame that, for some reason we have not been able to provide the cartel’s 44, I hope these come! I also like the tracks of the body pump, and the body combat, within what may be ..
Sorry for the bad English!! (google traductor) :S
Thank you and nice blog!! :DD

I agree Juan, I don’t know why they are repeating music in combat, and so close to the last release with Because The Night in it too! Thanks for your comment!

Yay, back to club songs for shoulders again!! Ravers In The UK = excellent song choice, but I would LOVE if this song was chosen instead: Manian – Welcome To The Club (Discotronic Remix)

Cheers for the tracklists Glen, I’ve downloaded ‘I Will Be Here’ from BODYJAM and BODYPUMP, as well as ‘See The Light’ from BODYCOMBAT and ‘It’s Not Over’ from RPM. Love your work!

One thing that concerned me about RPM 48 was that Ke$ha’s been used for the warmup for two releases in a row… now I see it’s actually a bit more of a concern than I thought, as we get two Paramore covers for Track 5.

I haven’t been too bothered with song/artist overlap between quarters, though with the recent PPCA’ness seriously choking what Australia can/can’t use, I would’ve hoped that there would’ve been a bit more sensitivity to song selection this time around.

I hope the ‘best of’ CDs get released soon… from what I’ve been hearing, the dates keep getting pushed back! O_O

I love track 3 and 8 of BC, even though 3 is the only repeat i know of. But i loved it in the other release too so i dont mind a repeat =)
also love 8 and 10 of BP … awesome tracks. downloaded most of them… loving them all 😀
Thanks Glen!

Hi,

I’ve been trying to find the artist and song of tracks in Body Attack and Body Combat: the lyrics go something like “I’m gonna be a soldier…I stand up like a soldier”. Do you have any idea what song that is?

Thanks!!

Have your say!
