Obsessed with BODYCOMBAT? Hardcore instructor or front row participant? Play BODYCOMBAT tunes in your car? Picture the choreography when a BC track comes on the radio? Or worse start actually doing the chorey even when you’re not in the gym? Plan the rest of your day around your class (or classes?) Look for local gyms carrying the programme when you’re out of town?

Cool – I’ve yet to discover the virtues of ‘facebook’- I’m worried that if I do I will become addicted and spend too much time on it like I do with lesmills.com & groupfitness.org! *L*

It is kinda addictive! But great for catching up with friends – and meeting new ones I’d have to say!
