BODYJAM 52 Sizzler
BODYJAM® 52 is a smorgasbord of style, an assortment of sensations and a cacophony of choreography. This release is so super-awesome that we’ve given you a whole extra bonus block to teach!

The Dark Block is unlike anything you’ve ever heard before – it’s phat, huge and driving. The contrasting sounds of Gangsta rap and Dancehall crazy come together in a trailblazing fusion of Dubstep madness.
In the recovery, T-Pain will have you tugging and pulling at your clothes, but no matter what you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHIRT OFF!
Then lose your mind (again) to the hottest music on the planet – Major Lazer is blowing up worldwide with New Age Jamaican Electro Dancehall craziness. Right Hand Hi from Kid Sister comes from the sickest House producers in the world. Then the sounds from Jump Smokers and Vandalism will blow your head off, BODYJAM® style.
Beyoncé brings the party to a close, but don’t forget about the Bonus Pop Block! JT, Britney, Whitney – what more needs to be said? IT’S BODYJAM® TIME!

This track will transport you to a dark fight club in Thailand and push your heart rate to unknown heights. It would be a Miracle if you could do the last Power Training Track with the same energy you started with. Your speed and endurance are certainly tested in this track.
BODYPUMP 72 Sizzler
BODYPUMP® 72 is all about making your class stronger, faster. How? By focusing on Bottom Halves and Partial Range movements, the rest phase is eliminated and the muscles are kept under tension for longer. Look forward to a challenging workout and an overall strength blast where active recovery is your only break! Brace your abs and prepare for more Bottom Halves than you bargained for in the Squats Track. Kelly Clarkson will motivate you to keep going with her huge hit I Do Not Hook Up. New Zealand’s own Dane Rumble sings Track 3 – Always Be There. Bottom Halves and Slow Bottom Halves will put your chest muscles under tension for a little bit longer than usual. Ouch! The good news is this will give you results faster. The Triceps Track is sweet like Sugar! Again, Bottom Halves are the name of the game.
Challenge yourself and go a bit heavier than normal in the rocky and upbeat Biceps Track. The Bicep Row returns, attacking your guns from a different direction. It’s back to the legs in the intense Track 7. The Lunges stick with the theme of the release – you guessed it – lots of Bottom Halves that will push up your heart and burn calories. The
Shoulders Track is a tribute to the legend that is Michael Jackson – make sure you watch the DVD for this one! The range of motion in the Singles has been shortened to ¾ Range. Grit your teeth and hang on! Ciara and Justin Timberlake will take you through the Abdominals Track with Love Sex Magic. You will also get the chance to strike some fabulous poses, get funky with the dance flava and, of course, work on your endurance. Stay low and check your posture to Sneaky Sound System’s Pictures in Track 2. You’ll stick with the photo-shoot theme in Track 3, striking poses to Girls On Film while starting to build up the intensity with strong Over The Tops. Turn it up in Track 4! Your heart rate will climb high with the Power Knee Lifts. Look out for new move the Quarter-Turn Curl Combo.
Add some attitude to the lower-body workout in Track 5. MadLab sums it up well with Wiggle It. Let it rip Across The Top in Track 6! You’ll reach your second cardio peak in this athletic track while singing along to She Is Beautiful.
Use Track 7 as a cardio recovery while sculpting your lower body. You’ll feel like you are walking a tightrope with the Lunges and Knee Lifts to Britney Spears’ Circus. Bring on the Party Step Track! It’s your turn to shine and ‘dance with the stars’. Feel the rhythm and get into it with Mambo Cha-Chas and powerful Propulsive Hamstring Curls.
Every little thing about Track 9 is magic! This is the Speed Step Track so lift your knees up and run like an athlete on the sprint track. If it’s possible, reach even higher in Track 10! First, be Number 1 on the studio floor and then it’s off to soccer practice. The class splits into two squads for some agility training and football-inspired moves. Get ready – you are now entering the high-energy phase of BODYATTACK®! Take Me To The Clouds Above will inspire you to reach the clouds and take the intensity higher than you have ever been before! Stay in the zone to push your body through Tuck Jumps, High Knees and Jumping Jacks, while singing along to the cover of The Cranberries’ monster hit Zombie.
BODYBALANCE 47 / BODYFLOW 47 Sizzler
Don’t let the soft and flowing nature of BODYBALANCE® 47 fool you – this is one of the most challenging releases ever created.
Warm up with a series of simple, traditional Tai Chi exercises. The exercises are laid out in an evolving progression, making it easy for your class participants to master the moves. You will be challenged in the Sun Salutations Track.
The new innovation is the 3-Legged Dog, shifting to Plank Pose and then sinking into Crocodile Pose. Find grace and make the movements feel beautiful in Track 4. There’s a gorgeous strength and balance sequence in this track, set to one of the most unusual pieces of music ever used in BODYBALANCE® – Soul Saviour’s For The Windows In Paradise, For The Fatherless In Ypsilanti. The Core – Abdominals Track features very slow, controlled Pilates moves which will put your endurance and abdominal strength to the test. The uplifting song Show Me What I’m Looking For brings back the Bow Pose and Pilates Swimmer Kicks, building back strength in Track 7. There’s also a new pose called the Scorpion, evolving from the 3-Legged Dog. Increase your mobility with the beautiful twisting poses to Beyoncé’s Halo, before coming into the Hamstring work to Annie Lennox’s stunning rendition of Whiter Shade Of Pale. You’ll love the Forward Folds and the Standing Split. Then relax into your own Quiet Place.
BODYJAM 51 Sizzler
BODYJAM® 51 is here to drop a funk bomb on the floor in your club! We’ve got hits from T-Pain and The Ting Tings, the best Gloria Estefan track ever and the hottest House anthems of the year! Track 1, Scared Of Me from Fedde le Grand, is so funky it should be illegal. The first combo comes back strong in the second half of the class, so feel the correct flava from beat one. T-Pain’s track, Freeze, will take you through the Isolation block. This is about feeling your hips from the beginning. Sing along while you get your class to “dance like me”. Get your Swag Swag on to The Ting Tings’ Shut Up And Let Me Go – one of the hottest tracks from 2008. So what is Swag? Swag is your flava.
The style is purely you, and you know you are all over it! Make it oversized and Swagalicious, baby! The new Tribal Salsa routine is a cosmic concoction of Latin styles.
It’s going to fire up your floor and push your heart rate through the roof. Are you ready for the hottest, nastiest Recovery Track ever? Missy Elliott’s anthem One Minute Man is Hip Hop 101. Get yo’ Bounce Bounce on with the Kick Back Step. Surrender yourself to the rhythm and Leave The World Behind! This standout anthem of 2009 is so phenomenal that we’ve included two versions for a full 11½ minutes! Want more jammers on the floor? Use the two complexity levels to grow your BODYJAM® class.
Teach the low-complexity version for at least three weeks before adding in the advanced options. Get your class comfortable with the release as a whole, then start throwing in the advanced options over the next couple of weeks. Save some of the trickier options for later to keep your advanced class participants on their toes.
RPM 45 Sizzler
RPM™ 45 is all about creating awareness of how to use resistance. Show your class how much resistance to use, how to find it, what it feels like and what the benefits are. Also coach your class to ride fast – find the working load and ride the beat! Set off on the open road to the uplifting classic Life Is A Highway. Your heart rate will pick up in Track 2 with three fast sprints and one small climb.
Use this track to find the right working load. Listen to the lyrics in Track 4! Take a leap of faith and close your eyes when you hit the fast sprints to All On Our Own by New Zealand band Midnight Youth. Power equals force times speed. The more resistance you use, the further distance you are going to travel and the more calories you’re going to burn. So switch on to power up! Track 5 is all about razor-sharp attacks. Don’t be fooled by the fun nature of The Prodigy’s Piranha – this is intense and you will be challenged! Quadruple resistance turns and Standing Attacks will push your heart rate through the roof. Speed is the focus for Track 6. Gradually increase your leg speed to this iconic RPM™ track – Bruised Water by Chicane featuring Natasha Bedingfield. Switch from speed to strength in Track 7. Look out for the heavy Power Climbs!
Recover to The Man Who Can’t Be Moved from Irish band The Script. Let the heartbeat drop before stretching and lengthening your muscles to Adele’s beautiful Chasing Pavements.
BODYVIVE 13 Sizzler
BODYVIVE™ 13 has a sporty feel with simple choreography that will make your class get the most out of their workout. Have fun with the new Boxing moves in Track 5 and look out for the new back exercise for GREAT POSTURE in Track 8. Are you ready for a total-body Martial Arts experience? Because that’s what BODYCOMBAT® 41 is all about – the theme is Backyard Brawl and you’ll be chiselled into the ultimate fighting machine! The extended Warm Up prepares you for the workout ahead and includes the Jab, Cross, Bob Combo. Sing along to Kelly Clarkson’s My Life Would Suck Without You during the lower body workout before the first fight is ignited in Track 2 with the Treble Elbow/Double Knee Combo. Track 3 is all about the contrast between speed and power. Watch out for the onslaught that is Track 4 which features new move the Double-Handed Plyo Push. This track combines two songs – Enter Sandman and P.O.D’s Boom and gives you the feeling of two totally different workouts. It’s an opportunity to show what you’ve got, ready or not! Flush your legs and spike your heart rate in Track 5 with three rounds of boxing – Running is the feature here. Tae Kwon Do is in the house in Track 6 – you’ve got four opponents with the secret being to strike like a cobra. The rawness of the most lethal Martial Art – Muay Thai – is explored in Track 7 before you hit the fatigue wall in Track 8. You can’t go over it, you can’t go under it – you just have to punch through it! Flo Rida feat. Kesha will spin you Right Round in Track 9 while your abs are blasted with the Circle Situp. New stretch, the Downward Dog, is introduced in Track 10 and really gets into the hamstrings and the backs of the legs. Beyoncé’s Halo is the perfect Cooldown Track after the Backyard Brawl that is BODYCOMBAT® 41.
BODYPUMP® 71 is all about teaching from the heart, not from the head. The exercises are easy to coach, giving you the freedom to focus on connecting your participants to the magic of the workout and the music. The release focuses on two kinds of training — strength work in tracks 3, 5, 6 and 8, and cardio dynamite in tracks 2, 4 and 7. Warm-up to the captivating, warm voice of James Sampson, a singer and BODYPUMP™ instructor living in Denmark. Magnetized is his original song. The Squat Track is a killer! Sing along to the Summer of 69 cover but be prepared for huge blocks of Singles and Bottom Halves. Most of the work is done in a wide stance, which allows you to go lower. Oh yeah! Pace yourself in the Chest Track. In Right Round, Flo Rida and Kesha will inspire you to go all the way down in four identical sets of work without recovery. A set of Push-ups at the end will finish you off. Push yourself in the hugely energetic and athletic Back Track! Four Clean and Presses in a row are followed by Triple Rows. Eskimo Joe will take you through the Triceps Track with Black Fingernails, Red Wine. Be prepared for a Bottom Halves challenge! The Biceps Track is straight-forward, allowing you to just relax and really feel the music. Then find out how low you can go in the Lunge Track, where cardio meets butt. Unleash your strength in the Shoulders Track. Go harder and heavier as we attack the shoulders from three different directions – back, side and front.
You’ll be charged from start to finish with BODYATTACK® 66 – it’s a fusion of magic, movements and music to take you toward two high-energy peaks. Just Dance is a great Warm Up track with a huge amount of energy and lift off! You’ll have loads of fun with the Fly on the Wall theme of Track 3 where intensity is lifted in the Superman’s and maintained with the Shuffle Combinations. The new Side Step and Squat Combo in Track 4 will help peak your heart rate before you’re challenged with 100 push-ups in Track 5. Don’t worry though – there are plenty of options to help you through! The Running Track, Track 6, is all about technique, energy and as the song When You Leave suggests, some “Ha ha!” In Track 7 you have a chance to relax and have some fun in the rhythm combo. Look forward to the sports training which builds power and strength, especially in the Step Runs and Ice Skaters. Track 8 is five minutes of energy, adrenalin and passion to really build your fitness. I Kissed A Girl motivates you to reach your maximum peak before the rocking and appropriately named Take It To The Limit really pushes you to your second peak. Reset, breathe and condition your legs in Track 10 with the Repeaters and Lunges before spinning your legs right round with the Scoop in the core conditioning track.
RPM™ 44 is hot, fast and is guaranteed to leave you gasping for air! There are two important things to note in RPM™ 44 – when you find the beat of the music in the racing and aero-racing positions, slide hips slightly forward in the scale as this will allow you to go faster. When the resistance gets heavier, do the opposite and sit back in the saddle. RPM™ 44 is balanced slightly differently to previous releases – Tracks 4 and 6 are a little more intense so to balance it out, Tracks 5 and 7 are a little more fun. Seal’s The Right Life eases you into the workout as you gradually build up speed before picking up the heart rate with three pace speed phases and two climbs in Track 2! You’ll be sliding back into the seat to tackle the Seated Climbs in Track 3 and you won’t be able to resist singing along to Show Me Heaven during the Standing Climb. There are four hills to climb so you’ll peak your heart-rate four times! Watch for the three sprints in Track 4 and remember to slide forward on the saddle when you race on the beat. Matchbox Twenty’s How Far We’ve Come will help you through the five blocks of work in Track 5. In Track 6 there are three accelerations to find the beat of the music – this track is tough so beware! Scooter vs. Status Quo in Track 7 – this track is awesome and the music will motivate you through the steepest of the mountains.
BODYJAM® 50 takes the authentic feeling of dance, adds the cardio intensity of Les Mills, then throws it in a blender, adds a generous serving of style, and serves it up on a pizza layered in funk ready for you and your class to devour. Before you start teaching this release, think about which Advanced options to add in early, and which ones you can hold back for later. Then drop them like a ‘magic bomb’ and watch your class go off! Fedde le Grand remixes Saturday to make the funkiest warm-up track ever. It’ll get the house feel into the room with the first beat. Then keep the same footwork but make it swift and sasstastic with JT and Ciara’s monster hit Love, Sex, Magic. Your class will Side Mambo, Fast Mambo and Mambo everywhere to three remixes of the same beat… The mambo Extravaganza is HOT like Fiyah! This routine creates an awesome group energy in the room. Then come with us on a Cardio Funk journey back to the early 1990’s for some Hammer-time! There are Kick Ball changes and Kris Crosses galore, and the Shabam Shabam is even cooler than its name. New Zealand’s very own J Williams takes the routine home with his banger of a track, Set It Off. Get into the style, break out to the sound! Cardio Funk Shabam Shabam taking over NOW! T-Pain and Jamie Foxx drop the heart rate for just a second, and then you are back on the dance floor combining Tribal and House to the sickest sounds ever! Sneaky Sound System’s club hit Pictures sets up the first half, then keep that bounce in your body to the hugest remix from Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. Finish this all off to the intense Tribal diva sound of Finally.
Join the BODYSTEP® team to raise breast cancer awareness in your club with BODYSTEP® 77. It’s an opportunity to celebrate our cancer survivors and those who fought hard and lost the battle. This release is a mix of explosive cardio, endurance work and dance flava – you’ll get a taste of the flava in Track 2 with Swinger Arms and Cha Cha Chas to Alesha Dixon’s Boy Does Nothing. Lift the energy in the Turn Steps in Track 3! There is a new move – Walk the Plank. You’ll get a taste of hardcore bootcamp-style training in Track 4 with new move the Half Burpee. It will leave you gasping for breath! But don’t worry – it’s not as scary as it looks. Go low with The Skater in Track 5 to engage the gluteals. You’ll travel in three directions in the Drop Squat Combo, before releasing the energy in the Single Across the Tops in Track 6. Jessica Mauboy’s Burn sums up Track 7 well because the Lunge and Squat Combo is going to make your legs and butt – you guessed it – burn! Have some fun with the Funky Twister Dance and the Cha Cha Cha Combo in Track 8 before getting your dance moves on to De-Grees’ version of Lady Gaga’s Just Dance. You’ll love the swinging jive flavour in Track 9. Watch out for the new move – the Hop Kick Combo. Go hard in Track 10 – this is five minutes of pure energy, power and endurance. It’s all about contrast – work up high with the Taps and get down low with the Squats.
BODYBALANCE® is dramatic and challenging. Push your limits, because you never know exactly what you are capable of until you try. The options are there if you need them! Focus on your breathing in the warm-up track, then challenge yourself to lift off in the Knee to High Block Combination. You will feel like you are surfing in Track 2, feeling the flow of Yoga poses. Also featuring a one minute Down Dog, feel this quintessential yoga pose! Magnificent takes you through Track 3. There’s a new move – the Extended Warrior 2 with Prayer hands and lots of powerful drama. Find your balance to Shine in Track 4. This is a very challenging track, but there are lots of options available. Why? Because it feels amazing to sink into each hip opening pose accompanied by this gorgeous Annie Lennox classic. Take your abdominal strength to a whole new level in Track 6, before working on your strength, support and stability to Broken Strings in Track 7. You will really build strength in the Plank Pose Pullbacks. For something new try pushing off your back foot and bringing your weight forward in the Lunge Twist in Track 8. It feels great! Leona Lewis draws you into a beautiful, very deep hamstring stretch with Run. Then relax into Deuters Kindred Spirit, as you become aware of steadying the outside edge of your body and focusing specifically on your breathing.
Unleash your inner rock star in BODYVIVE™ 12! With music from Lou Bega, Aretha Franklin and Foreigner you’ll definitely have lots of fun while you’re working out! Strike It Up takes you off the gym floor and into the nightclub – ‘90s styles! This nice long warm up will get you into the swing of things and raise the heart rate, ready for the strong leg workout that is Track 2. Your legs are loaded by getting low through the entire track, which will ensure you work your butt and thighs. Feel stylish and sassy in Lou Bega’s Gentlemen before the intensity lifts with Hamstring Curls and Cross Crawls in Track 4. Reach your cardio peak in Track 5 with You Really Got Me – this is your chance to really rock out and show what you’ve got. Seal’s Fly Like An Eagle is perfect for Track 6 where you perform the moves with fluidity and grace – much like you’re flying like an eagle. Track 7 sees the introduction of new move the Arabesque which will really challenge your balance and helps to strengthen the legs. Get ready to use the most challenging move first in Track 8 – it’s a hard track and there’s a new position for the Bicep Curls that works both the front and the back of the bicep. There’s a super simple setup for the Hamstring Curls and Side Leg Lifts in Track 9 before a deceptively intense abdominal track – watch out! New move the Single Leg Scoop really bites. Britney’s back in the Abdominals Track. Circus will motivate you to “show what you can do” with the new Reverse Curl. But wait, there’s more! Finish it all off with a hover with your feet on the bench – it’s harder but brings more benefits… New move the Side Line Arabesque and Scissor in Track 11 is great for back flexibility, strength and total core conditioning and what better song to end the rock-release than rock anthem I Want To Know What Love Is? Rock out with BODYVIVE™ 12!

BODYCOMBAT 40 Sizzler
Celebrate 10 years of your favorite Martial Arts-inspired program with BODYCOMBAT® 40! A great mix of Martial Arts disciplines will ensure you’re challenged both physically and mentally with a larger variety of Strikes and Blocks to really keep you on your toes. There’s a great mix of old and new styles of music with a couple of bring-backs, a nod to the past and a hint of the future.
By the time you reach Track 2, you’ll have experienced Kick-boxing, Karate and Tae Kwon Do, and you’ll be ready to pull out your best Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan impersonations to I Know Kung-Fu. The Boxing ring reckons in Track 3 before your legs are challenged in Track 4 with three conditioning blocks – first the Kick KATA followed by the Esquiva, then the Jump Kick is unleashed. Let loose and have fun in Track 5 with Tutti Frutti but don’t be fooled by the sing along nature of the song – you’ll be firing up the energy and throwing some power shots.
Refocus your technique and re-center in Track 6 to Nickelback’s Burn It To The Ground before the onslaught that is Track 7. Speed by name, speed by nature – you’ll be unleashed in the Descending Elbow Sequence. There’s one goal in Track 8 and that’s to completely empty the tank – you’ll punch until you can’t punch any more. In Track 9 there’s a new move – the Komodo Dragon. It’ll challenge your core to the max but fear not – recovery is near with soft KATAs to Kings Of Leon’s hit Use Somebody. Stay with the fight!
BODYPUMP 70 Sizzler
The key focus of BodyPump 70 is perfect timing. This means your body spends more time under tension and this will get you shape fast! The music in this release really ‘goes off’ – and keep an ear out for beats you’ve never heard before in BodyPump.
Game on in the Squat Track! Challenge yourself with more resistance. Don’t be fooled by the slow start and the Pop-Rock nature of the track – the back half bites hard with four sets of Singles and Bottom Halves back-to-back to finish! Go a little bit heavier in the Chest Track – Infinity 2008 is awesome and builds anticipation before you pump it! The new tempo means your muscles will be under tension for the maximum amount of time.
True Believer will inspire you to give it all you’ve got in the Back Track, before Christine Aguilera’s Keeps Gettin’ Better drives you through the Triceps Track. You don’t need but get ready to feel the burn in the Pushups and Kickbacks! Rock through the Biceps Track with Nickelback’s Gotta Be Somebody where Singles are the name of the game.
Take a deep breath before the Lunge Track. Sash! is back for this endurance track that is VERY intense and includes Lunges and Squats with heavy weight. Ouch! Another classic Rock track is in the house with Thunderstruck motivating you through the Shoulder Track. There’s a new move in the Abdominals Track – The Rotator Plank. Kanye West’s Love Lockdown is unlike any Abs Track – get ready for a dark, dim, sexy beat!
BODYATTACK 65 Sizzler
BODYATTACK® 65 is about challenging yourself and your members, and providing enough options so everyone can achieve their personal best! The music will keep your energy levels high and you’ll be moving continuously with hits from Fall Out Boy, Vanessa Hudgens and Lady Gaga. That’s Not My Name provides the perfect energy for Track 2. This track has something for everyone with numerous options for both beginners and advanced members. You’ll be on fire in Track 3 with a huge amount of energy coming from the big moves and big music. You’ll reach your first peak with the new Squat Jump in Track 4, Tubthumping, before hitting the upper body with the Walking Back & Forward Plank in Track 5. This is a different way of conditioning the core and shoulder girdle stabilisers with gentle lengthening of the hamstrings as you move backwards and forward. Sing along to Rhythm Of The Night in Track 6, while getting up close and personal with your members as the class comes together on the floor for the Running Track. There’s work to be done in Track 7! Welcome on the tennis court! Be light and lifted in the Run and low and strong in the Bounces, like you’re waiting for a serve! Track 9 is challenging, with the energy pumping all the way from start to finish, but you’ll be motivated to keep at it with the aptly named Jump. An awesome peak for an awesome result!
BODYBALANCE 45 / BODYFLOW 45 Sizzler
The focus in BODYBALANCE® 45 is on breathing and letting go. There are plenty of options to enable you to really enjoy the class and experience it with your mind and body. You’ll love the fresh, new music which includes Jem, O.A.R., Pink and Dido. You’ll feel like you’re doing Tai Chi in the park in the warmup to Moby’s Hyenas. We set up the leg pattern in the first sequence then add in fluid, relaxed arm movements. Track 2 is a little different with the first two Salutations like warmups with a simple flow before progressing – rising into Warrior 1. The challenge in Track 3 is to use only the muscles you really need. The drama comes during the chorus of Snow Patrol’s Crack The Shutters when you rise to Sun Warrior. Evolve further into your poses – the Aeroplane, Eagle Pose and Star Pose – in Track 4, before focusing on the best alignment to maximise flexibility in Track 5. A long Frog Pose finishes the track. We use PNF stretching which is a combination of passive stretching and isometric contractions designed to increase flexibility more rapidly. Track 6 is fun! There’s a great sequence of Pilates moves which will ensure your core gets a tough workout. Look forward to new move the Seesaw in Track 7 which strengthens the muscles that stop you slouching. Twisting to James Morrison’s You Make It Real and Beyoncé’s Ave Maria is a real treat – look out for the new extension in our Lunge Twist. To finish the class, your body is relaxed from the outside inwards, then energy is restored with breath from the inside out.
BODYJAM 49 Sizzler
BODYJAM® 49 blurs the lines between dance class and studio workout. The authentic Latin styles in the Smooze Salsa, the long floating lines of Street Jazz, and the uplifting basic steps of House Dance are gonna have your class sashaying, swivelling and screaming like never before! Of course, now you get two options of funk you can drop on your class and when they start wanting more, you can deliver with the advanced options. Is there a better way to start a workout than with a seven minute Freemasons’ remix? Swing your hips, add some flava with a hand clap, then Rock it out in the chorus. The Smooze Salsa to Joy Enriquez’s classic Latin anthem will get the room sizzling before the high-speed Samba to Loaded introduces the Ricky Martin Revival you’ve been waiting for! Combining classic dance studio style with the hotness of Hip Hop is where our Street Jazz takes over. Kanye West, Keri Hilson, Lil Wayne and Beyoncé push us through one incredible fly-though-the-air, ‘please can we do it one more time?’ routine. Then we’re Burnin’ Up Ze ‘Ouse with authentic house steps which will take your class on a musical journey they won’t want to leave. The key is to keep it small – the steps are simple but the speed will create a little chaos in your class! New moves Freeze & Go and the Swivel Turn are added before you rip off the roof to the hugest Britney remix you’ve ever heard. You’ll feel like you’re sashaying across a BODYJAM® cloud of funk, like your feet aren’t even touching the ground!
RPM 43 Sizzler
Pace and push – or speed and resistance management – are the main focuses of RPM™ 43. You’ll be introduced to the concept of base resistance versus working resistance and in Tracks 2, 4 and 6 you’ll be managing your resistance to help you stay on the beat for longer. This, combined with some awesome new music, will really get that heart racing! You’re eased into the workout with Ne-Yo’s Closer. Take the time to set up the correct cycling position and become familiar with the base and working resistance. Your heart rate will lift in Track 2 with the two one-minute intervals. Katy Perry’s Hot n Cold will have you singing along before the hard work hits in Track 3. The Killers’ Spaceman will help you through the three short, steep phases which are followed by one power effort. Snow Patrol’s Take Back The City is a great track to catch your breath to during the cruisy climbs but get ready to push yourself in the sprints. The Prodigy are in the house driving Track 5 – a big song, big sound and intense interval training track. There are four efforts on the flats in the hardest gear which will have you gasping for air. You get the chance to flush your legs and recover in Track 6 – but don’t get too comfortable as there are two big, one-minute speed work-efforts. The key to surviving Track 7 is to manage your intensity wisely. Go big but pace yourself as you’ll need to put in a huge effort to make it to the top. Two short 30-second efforts are followed by two 90-second strength endurance phases. Your hard work is rewarded with a ride home to Broken Strings – James Morrison’s beautiful hit featuring Nelly Furtado.
BODYSTEP 76 Sizzler
Welcome Space Cadets! The space and time travelling themes in BODYSTEP® 76 are out of this world – you’ll really need to get your imagination going as you enter the BODYSTEP® zone! Christina Aguilera sums Track 2 up nicely with Keeps Gettin’ Better. The Rocker – a great warmup for your hip flexors – makes a welcome return, before you lift the heart rate and add some flava in Track 3. Track 4 is simple and athletic – turn up the heat and pick up your feet. Intensity will be lifted with Jumping Jacks and High Knee Runs. Get ready to shoot some hoops in Track 5. The Squat Taps will fire up the gluteals before you leap high for the Slam Dunk – it’s a great mix of strength and cardio work. You’ll love the Moonwalk in Track 6 to Venus Or Mars before your gluteals are challenged once again in Track 7 with the Back-Stepping Lunge & Half Squat Combo and the Repeater Combo. Have some fun with the Beyoncé-inspired Party Step Track – make sure you bring some Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) attitude to your moves. You’ll enjoy Track 9 which is also a flava track – performance is in the house with The Time Warp! Track 10 is all about power with Repeaters, Over The Tops and advanced move Moonwalk Part 2. After grueling core-conditioning and leg-strength exercise and a triceps workout, you’ve certainly earned your warm-down to The Pussycat Dolls’ Space. So dust off your moon boots, get ready for takeoff, and enjoy!
BODYVIVE 11 Sizzler
BODYVIVE™ 11 uses patterns, themes and concepts throughout the release, making it easier to learn so that you can have maximum amounts of fun! You’ll want to sing along as soon as the music starts with popular hit from Priscilla Queen of the Desert’s Finally. Track 1 focuses on depth rather than direction and you’ll warm up in no time as you drop lower in the Step Touch and progress the Tap Repeater to Knee Repeater. Track 2 is called Jump but do the opposite – get low, again focusing on depth in the legs to increase the intensity. You’ll definitely be feeling it in your butt and thighs! The theme for Track 3 is Latino and you’re dancing with Ricky Martin! Look forward to new move the Braid Step to which you’ll add the Salsa and push that heart rate up. You’ll be working hard for your fitness in Track 4 before reaching your cardio peak in Track 5. Billy Idol’s Mony Mony will motivate you to keep building intensity during each block of work – it’s tough but rewarding! Your hamstrings get a well-deserved stretch in Track 6 where you’re introduced to two new moves – the Warrior 1 and Sun Warrior.
