This workout is all about building lean muscle through pressure and pushing you to fatigue in each and every track. Saturday sets a positive tone in the Warmup as you move through the range of motions that prepare you for the rest of the class.
Squats create a Beautiful Monster in three stages, using Singles to drive the heart beat up and then twisting the knife with some strong Bottom Halves.
You’ll instantly recognize the guitar intro and by the end of Track 3, your chest will be screaming at you, so focus on great technique through the pain.
Four Clean & Presses in a row throw down the “cardio kicker” challenge to the back, while very quick transitions give the Triceps no respite in Track 5. Likewise, the introduction of Bicep Rows mean you don’t get a chance to relax … there’ll be no raising of the glass afterwards!
Track 7 will set off the fireworks in your legs with an overpowering sequence of Squats – Lunges – Squats – Lunges – Squats – Lunges – (gulp!) more Lunges. You’ll be a little shaky on your feet, but next stop is Africa for a three-pronged attack on your shoulders – Deltoid Raises, Side Raises and Overhead Presses.
But Please Don’t Go just yet … what about your abs? We’ve got some Side Oblique Crunches, Crunches with a Pulse and Hover, forward and back.
By the time you stretch and leave, the past hour will seem like Just A Dream … except your body will be telling you otherwise.
Sorry for the delay in these – rolling out now (as well as my GFX post – bit delayed sorry – with new releases here next week things are crazy!) Note there’s one doing the rounds at the moment (don’t ask me who circulated it) and it’s wrong. Correct one follows. More to come.
BODYPUMP 76 sizzler
The pop divas of BODYPUMP® may seem a little flirty, but don’t be fooled – this release packs a punch with a solid workout that targets small muscle groups, while bombarding the bigger ones with short sharp shocks of intensity.
A feature is the use of big weights and compound exercises at the front end of tracks to lift intensity.
The warm-up helps you Climb into your work by preparing you for what’s to come, setting up the 1/3 rhythm that comes back to haunt in the very next track – Squats.
Another of those big muscle groups – the chest – gets the treatment in Track 3, really stressing the Singles and Bottom Half Presses. Then we get the fire started with Pyromania, attacking the back with a double shot of power and strength – two Clean & Presses/two Deadrows.
Track 5 is the highlight of the release, Your First Kiss was never like this, but the song’s playfulness can’t disguise the punch you feel as an opening series of Dips softens up the triceps for a circuit of Pushups and Kickbacks, then closing Overhead Presses.
It’s all on, now! The smaller muscles are getting bullied and it’s the biceps’ turn to suffer, courtesy of a new and nasty combo – Mid-Range Pulse, followed by Single Curls.
Then, you unleash the perfect Storm on your legs, surprising them with heavy–loaded Squats so they’re burning by the time the lunges hit home. Go to new depths on the lunges with the bench option.
BODYPUMP® 75 highlighted the “pec dec” shoulder track and you learn another new move this time – a Reverse Fly that tests the rear deltoids, trapezius, the rhombus and smaller shoulder muscles.
Finally, you will need every ounce of strength left for a Hover with Pointer that rocks you to the core.
Next morning, this workout will hurt so good!
BODYPUMP® fans are already describing the shoulder track on this release as the toughest ever and who would argue?
The opening track – Fever serves as a preview of the carnage to come, as you find the perfect SET position over the punchy big beats. Game on!
Track 2 engages the legs with heavy Squats and sets the tone for the rest of the workout, with a barrage on the upper body and a chest section that lays down a challenge – Press-Ups off an elevated platform.
The first new element arrives in Track 4 – a wider lift grip for Rows that has you feeling the intensity build-up behind the shoulders – then go slightly heavier than usual to target the triceps, culminating with One-Arm Kickbacks for best isolation.
In Track 6, Susan Renata straps on her spurs and holsters, and has some fun riding the range, while working the “guns” to Cowboy Casanova, the real showpiece of this release.
But the levity doesn’t last long. Track 8 gives the shoulders a hammering with the new Rotator Pec Dec move… BECAUSE WE NEED MORE HARDCORE!
Then it’s time for yet another innovation – wider feet set in the Hover position to stabilize and challenge the core as you walk the hands, one by one, to Press-Up width and back.
By the time you warm down, your body will be confirming what those fans already knew.
Think Mission Impossible meets Rocky and what have you got? BODYCOMBAT® 45.
“There’s no easy way out, there’s no shortcut home…” the warmup for this release says it all. Setting the scene for a high-energy, MMA workout that will get you fitter and fighting smarter, this unique, extended warmup has real WOW factor – and by the end of it you’ll be revved up and ready for your first fight.
Entering into the opening round of combat you’ll be fired up by the driving beat of Stephanie Smith’s Back To Innocence. This is guaranteed to get you ready for the happy hardcore base beats of Track 3 – a power track that makes you want to punch really hard!
Following the Mission Impossible-inspired second combat track, you’ll take the energy up a notch and unleash some swift Jabs as you Speed Ball your way through the old classic, Proud Mary. Next up is the techno cover of Rihanna’s Russian Roulette – its explosive chorus will empower you on a whole new level.
When it comes to the Muay Thai Track, if you’re going to go out, make sure you’re Goin’ Out Swingin’. This aptly titled number is the ideal track to throw bombs to, drop hard elbows and strike with the knees. Bringing things to an all-time high is See The Light, an uplifting, energy-packed track that really steps up to the power mark, showcasing a new Power Hook and creating an insane sense of euphoria at the same time!
And to close, we bring back the Alligator Push Up…Yeeouch!
Simple, fun and physically challenging – the extended blocks of choreography in BODYSTEP® 81 make mastering all the moves a breeze so you can just get down to the business of workin’ it!
Following the straight-up, athletic warmup where 3 really is the magic number, you’ll get straight into strutting your stuff, Cha-Cha-Cha-ing away to the aptly titled flava -filled track, Ego. Then it’s time to bring out the Mexican Wave in Track 3 – of course creating your own stylized wave is a must!
Track 5 is where you’ll put your legs Under Pressure to get the ultimate lower body workout before upping the cardio intensity and unleashing the Nutcracker to the catchy chanting of No Sleep. Here, the extended blocks of choreography make it simple to get the moves perfect.
After catching your breath during the Track 7 recovery, you won’t be able to help letting your hair down, showing off your sneakers and adding your own flair for the ultimate party track, Sneakernight. Next up, embrace 1940s Swing, bring out the Jazz Hands and retain the intensity with vigorous footwork – before getting On A Mission for the final cardio peak.
As things come to a close you Keep Your Body Working with a focus on leg strength and balance, and then the new J-Lo tune Louboutins provides the perfect soundtrack for working the abs with the Walking Plank.
High-octane fun and fitness combine as BODYATTACK® celebrates its 70th release with a line-up of sweat-inducing singalongs, both old and new.
All tracks from Track 2 onwards offer low impact options to lighten the load on your body and ensure you keep coming for another 70 BODYATTACK® experiences.
Track 1 – Madonna’s Like A Prayer – warms up the bodies and the vocal cords for the sport/strength/aerobic workout to come, while the Bad Romance remix in Track 2 brings you back to the here and now as you engage the legs and the hard work begins.
Track 3 also has Madonna’s fingerprints all over it – a remix of her showdown with Britney Spears on Me Against The Music – and Lisa Osborne introduces a new, exciting ‘Bow Tie’ running pattern that has you exploring all four corners of the room.
Basketball is the featured sport in this release and presenter Bevan James Eyles has you shooting hoops, mixing Power Lunges with a new jumping drill… step in, sideways, fade away, back to the start.
Track 5 is all about strength in the chest, shoulders and triceps. You will ‘feel it’ with a killer upper-body routine that brings in a new move – a Tricep Plank Jump & Walk Feet.
Another remixed golden oldie – A-Ha’s Take On Me – sees the class take on each other in team running, then you’re back into the gym to hone all aspects of your basketball agility, a mix of Lateral Bounces (defense) and Dodge & Pass (offense).
The party really hits top gear with the highlight of this release. Normally one of the toughest sections of any BODYATTACK® class, Track 9 is still hard, but Lisa and Bevan lighten the mood with their hilarious Tina Turner impersonations on Proud Mary, complete with dance moves and a little help from the local Les Mills faithful.
Track 10 reminds you how much you love great legs, featuring Squat Jumps and a little Single-Foot Takeoff ‘layup’ action to continue the basketball theme, before taking it to the floor to strengthen the core and prepare for the game of life.
Then it’s time to reward your effort and support of the BODYATTACK® program by blowing out candles on the anniversary cake!
BODYBALANCE® is turning 50 and it’s never been better with a sublime blend of music and choreography that takes you deep into the Yoga experience.
Sade warms things up in Track 1 as we ease through a series of simple moves to the deep tribal feel of Soldier Of Love.
Standing Strength will have you stretching to new limits with a reworked expression of the Warrior 1 stretch – the Lateral Bend. Fortunately, old favorites The Script are on hand to help make anything seem possible with their track Breakeven.
We’re joining the stars of “Avatar” for Track 4 and it’s not just Leona Lewis’ uplifting song I See You that’s courtesy of the award-winning movie. Jackie Mills has also played with the themes, and references the story of the Navi in the choreography.
Track 4 introduces Ujjayi Breathing which is new to BODYBALANCE® but a fundamental practice in Yoga. Imagine your throat narrowing as you use the technique to release stress and calm your body.
The two Core Tracks get straight to the point and are focused on what they do best – working the abdominals and back – before Please Don’t Stop The Rain leads us into a Down Dog Twist in Track 8. This is an advanced move but give it a try. The feeling you get when you master this is incredible – you’re grounded on one arm and get a beautiful twist through the spine.
There’s plenty of drama in the Forward Bends – with a dramatic move to match – and then the emotion of The Bliss’ track, 100 Thousand Dancers, provides the perfect bridge into the final Relaxation.
Fusing Contemporary Dance with Dubstep, Classic Rock and even Shakira, BODYJAM® 54 is yet another electrifying dance party that brings a whole heap of magic to the room.
Kicking off with a blazingly hot Jump Smokers Remix of Jump by Flo Rida, you’ll get the bounce in your body, before launching into Make My Heart, the hottest new sound from Toni Braxton in a long time!
Next up, harness your sophisticated Spanish style to the stomping track Cantina by the Starkillers, before pulling out your certified freak to the driving base-riddled sounds of Natural Born Hustler by The Crookers.
As you let your hair down for the Contemporary Rock block, the technical challenge is in mastering the beautifully long, floating, fluid arm-lines – and then applying that style to Shakira!
Taking things down a notch, it’s time to check out your ghetto superstar to B2K’s Girlfriend before going crazy to the retro club-infused sounds of Global Deejays. The cardio intensity continues through the uplifting Swedish sounds of Avicii and then we put it all in a cocktail shaker and mix up some French-electro-reggae awesomeness! To finish, there’s some serious hip grinding and stretching to the Alicia Keys and Beyoncé hit Put It In A Love Song.
And that’s not all… If you’re looking to change the flavor and attract some new jammers to your class, we’ve got bonus tracks from Beyoncé, Fatboy Slim and Supershake that you can drop into the first half of the class.
Pump up your tyres and adjust your racing goggles… RPM® 48 is taking you out on the road in a battle for survival against some of the world’s cycling legends.
The first of two race stages consists of 10 minutes to get the body really warm, a hill climb and mixed terrain to keep the energy alive, then intervals that will severely test your reserves. Stage 2 involves a series of sprints, before tackling the mountain.
Track 1 sets off behind the pace car, an opportunity to check out your opposition and find a Cycle SET position that will provide the foundation of your workout.
As the route takes you down the Lost Highway, the pace quickens, allowing you to open your lungs, engage the legs and find a spot at the front of the bunch.
The contest begins in earnest as the ‘rabbit’ becomes ‘rabbit stew’ on the first climb, then Glen Ostergaard’s team goes up against Delores Douglas and hers, before powering to the end of the hill stage.
Track 4 offers a chance to refuel, relax and re-energize to a little ‘o-n-e-l-o-v-e’. Too soon, it seems, the pace is back on as you must first catch the bunch, stay with it and then break it up, before repelling a surprise four-man breakaway attempt.
With Stage 1 complete, you can settle back into the peloton and loosen the legs up with a series of sprints to the haunting Waiting… nervously poised for the next challenge.
You don’t have to wait long, for just ahead lies the mountain and a chance to stalk The Master – Spaniard Alberto Contador – through the pack.
It’s Not Over by any means… it’s a war of attrition and only the strongest will win. Are you up for it?
By the top of the mountain, you’ll be grovelling over your handlebars, but hopefully celebrating sweet victory with your team-mates on the warm-down descent.
Get ready for a fresh, fun release that samples some of the best music from the past four decades and will leave your class buzzing with the satisfaction of knowing they’ve completed a really great workout.
There are options galore with plenty of accessible moves for your new faces and high–intensity alternatives to challenge your most experienced participants too. We’ve highlighted the options with one presenter demonstrating the easier moves for beginners throughout the Masterclass.
We’ve also taken your BLAH feedback on board and deliberately choreographed the Dance Cardio to make it a bit less complicated for new participants.
The core takes center stage and is the focus of attention for four tracks – including the first Abs Track ever in the history of BODYVIVE® to use the VIVE™ tube. Why did we wait so long, you ask!
Track 1 gets us up ‘n the groove with some Boogie Oogie Oogie to warm the joints and lift our heart rates. Gloria Estefan then brings a little sexy Latino flava to proceedings with a mighty mash–up of Merengue and Mambo in Track 3′s Dance Cardio.
Track 4, and it’s time to get social as the cardio picks up and we ‘face off’ on opposite sides of the room – shouting to the top through the Heel Raises as we lift the VIVE™ ball high.
After hitting our cardio peak with a Bad Case Of Loving You in Track 5 it’s impossible to resist a smile as The Hustle takes us through a relaxing take on Tai Chi inspired by “Kung Fu Panda”.
But don’t get too comfortable – you’ve still got Track 9 to go and this is one butt track with bite! Feel that burn and focus on how gorgeous it’s gonna make you. BODYVIVE® is a Hard Habit to Break!
Somehow this is out already (thanks to Patrick!) I expect the rest to be released any day so check back soon!

Don’t worry though – there are plenty of options to help you through! The Running Track, Track 6, is all about technique, energy and as the song When You Leave suggests, some “Ha ha!” In Track 7 you have a chance to relax and have some fun in the rhythm combo. Look forward to the sports training which builds power and strength, especially in the Step Runs and Ice Skaters. Track 8 is five minutes of energy, adrenalin and passion to really build your fitness. I Kissed A Girl motivates you to reach your maximum peak before the rocking and appropriately named Take It To The Limit really pushes you to your second peak. Reset, breathe and condition your legs in Track 10 with the Repeaters and Lunges before spinning your legs right round with the Scoop in the core conditioning track.
RPM™ 44 is hot, fast and is guaranteed to leave you gasping for air! There are two important things to note in RPM™ 44 – when you find the beat of the music in the racing and aero-racing positions, slide hips slightly forward in the scale as this will allow you to go faster. When the resistance gets heavier, do the opposite and sit back in the saddle. RPM™ 44 is balanced slightly differently to previous releases – Tracks 4 and 6 are a little more intense so to balance it out, Tracks 5 and 7 are a little more fun. Seal’s The Right Life eases you into the workout as you gradually build up speed before picking up the heart rate with three pace speed phases and two climbs in Track 2! You’ll be sliding back into the seat to tackle the Seated Climbs in Track 3 and you won’t be able to resist singing along to Show Me Heaven during the Standing Climb. There are four hills to climb so you’ll peak your heart-rate four times! Watch for the three sprints in Track 4 and remember to slide forward on the saddle when you race on the beat. Matchbox Twenty’s How Far We’ve Come will help you through the five blocks of work in Track 5. In Track 6 there are three accelerations to find the beat of the music – this track is tough so beware! Scooter vs. Status Quo in Track 7 – this track is awesome and the music will motivate you through the steepest of the mountains.
BODYJAM® 50 takes the authentic feeling of dance, adds the cardio intensity of Les Mills, then throws it in a blender, adds a generous serving of style, and serves it up on a pizza layered in funk ready for you and your class to devour. Before you start teaching this release, think about which Advanced options to add in early, and which ones you can hold back for later. Then drop them like a ‘magic bomb’ and watch your class go off! Fedde le Grand remixes Saturday to make the funkiest warm-up track ever. It’ll get the house feel into the room with the first beat. Then keep the same footwork but make it swift and sasstastic with JT and Ciara’s monster hit Love, Sex, Magic. Your class will Side Mambo, Fast Mambo and Mambo everywhere to three remixes of the same beat… The mambo Extravaganza is HOT like Fiyah! This routine creates an awesome group energy in the room. Then come with us on a Cardio Funk journey back to the early 1990’s for some Hammer-time! There are Kick Ball changes and Kris Crosses galore, and the Shabam Shabam is even cooler than its name. New Zealand’s very own J Williams takes the routine home with his banger of a track, Set It Off. Get into the style, break out to the sound! Cardio Funk Shabam Shabam taking over NOW! T-Pain and Jamie Foxx drop the heart rate for just a second, and then you are back on the dance floor combining Tribal and House to the sickest sounds ever! Sneaky Sound System’s club hit Pictures sets up the first half, then keep that bounce in your body to the hugest remix from Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. Finish this all off to the intense Tribal diva sound of Finally.
Join the BODYSTEP® team to raise breast cancer awareness in your club with BODYSTEP® 77. It’s an opportunity to celebrate our cancer survivors and those who fought hard and lost the battle. You’ll travel in three directions in the Drop Squat Combo, before releasing the energy in the Single Across the Tops in Track 6. Jessica Mauboy’s Burn sums up Track 7 well because the Lunge and Squat Combo is going to make your legs and butt – you guessed it – burn! Have some fun with the Funky Twister Dance and the Cha Cha Cha Combo in Track 8 before getting your dance moves on to De-Grees’ version of Lady Gaga’s Just Dance. You’ll love the swinging jive flavour in Track 9. Watch out for the new move – the Hop Kick Combo. Go hard in Track 10 – this is five minutes of pure energy, power and endurance. It’s all about contrast – work up high with the Taps and get down low with the Squats.
BODYBALANCE® is dramatic and challenging. Push your limits, because you never know exactly what you are capable of until you try. The options are there if you need them! Focus on your breathing in the warm-up track, then challenge yourself to lift off in the Knee to High Block Combination. You will feel like you are surfing in Track 2, feeling the flow of Yoga poses. Also featuring a one minute Down Dog, feel this quintessential yoga pose! Magnificent takes you through Track 3. There’s a new move – the Extended Warrior 2 with Prayer hands and lots of powerful drama. Find your balance to Shine in Track 4. This is a very challenging track, but there are lots of options available. Why? Because it feels amazing to sink into each hip opening pose accompanied by this gorgeous Annie Lennox classic. Take your abdominal strength to a whole new level in Track 6, before working on your strength, support and stability to Broken Strings in Track 7. You will really build strength in the Plank Pose Pullbacks. For something new try pushing off your back foot and bringing your weight forward in the Lunge Twist in Track 8. It feels great! Leona Lewis draws you into a beautiful, very deep hamstring stretch with Run. Then relax into Deuters Kindred Spirit, as you become aware of steadying the outside edge of your body and focusing specifically on your breathing.
Unleash your inner rock star in BODYVIVE™ 12! With music from Lou Bega, Aretha Franklin and Foreigner you’ll definitely have lots of fun while you’re working out! Strike It Up takes you off the gym floor and into the nightclub – ‘90s styles! This nice long warm up will get you into the swing of things and raise the heart rate, ready for the strong leg workout that is Track 2. Your legs are loaded by getting low through the entire track, which will ensure you work your butt and thighs. Feel stylish and sassy in Lou Bega’s Gentlemen before the intensity lifts with Hamstring Curls and Cross Crawls in Track 4. Reach your cardio peak in Track 5 with You Really Got Me – this is your chance to really rock out and show what you’ve got. Seal’s Fly Like An Eagle is perfect for Track 6 where you perform the moves with fluidity and grace – much like you’re flying like an eagle. Track 7 sees the introduction of new move the Arabesque which will really challenge your balance and helps to strengthen the legs. Get ready to use the most challenging move first in Track 8 – it’s a hard track and there’s a new position for the Bicep Curls that works both the front and the back of the bicep. There’s a super simple setup for the Hamstring Curls and Side Leg Lifts in Track 9 before a deceptively intense abdominal track – watch out! New move the Single Leg Scoop really bites. Britney’s back in the Abdominals Track. Circus will motivate you to “show what you can do” with the new Reverse Curl. But wait, there’s more! Finish it all off with a hover with your feet on the bench – it’s harder but brings more benefits… New move the Side Line Arabesque and Scissor in Track 11 is great for back flexibility, strength and total core conditioning and what better song to end the rock-release than rock anthem I Want To Know What Love Is? Rock out with BODYVIVE™ 12!
The key focus of BodyPump 70 is perfect timing. This means your body spends more time under tension and this will get you shape fast! The music in this release really ‘goes off’ – and keep an ear out for beats you’ve never heard before in BodyPump.
Game on in the Squat Track! Challenge yourself with more resistance. Don’t be fooled by the slow start and the Pop-Rock nature of the track – the back half bites hard with four sets of Singles and Bottom Halves back-to-back to finish! Go a little bit heavier in the Chest Track – Infinity 2008 is awesome and builds anticipation before you pump it! The new tempo means your muscles will be under tension for the maximum amount of time.
True Believer will inspire you to give it all you’ve got in the Back Track, before Christine Aguilera’s Keeps Gettin’ Better drives you through the Triceps Track. You don’t need but get ready to feel the burn in the Pushups and Kickbacks! Rock through the Biceps Track with Nickelback’s Gotta Be Somebody where Singles are the name of the game.
Take a deep breath before the Lunge Track. Sash! is back for this endurance track that is VERY intense and includes Lunges and Squats with heavy weight. Ouch! Another classic Rock track is in the house with Thunderstruck motivating you through the Shoulder Track. There’s a new move in the Abdominals Track – The Rotator Plank. Kanye West’s Love Lockdown is unlike any Abs Track – get ready for a dark, dim, sexy beat!
BODYPUMP® 69 is a strong, intense release that you’re going to learn fast and have fun with! The music is pumping with awesome tracks from Fall Out Boy, Pink and Rihanna, motivating you to really challenge yourself – and your class. The squats track is tough but, as the song suggests, it really gets the party started! There are three blocks of work and in each block the legs are pre-fatigued with bottom halves before the singles.
The chest track is short, simple and hard. Fall Out Boy’s rocking track I Don’t Care provides the momentum needed to get through more killer bottom halves before you start the good, honest, back work in track 4. It’s a classic track with three sets of identical work.
Pink’s huge hit So What ensures the biceps track is oozing attitude – this song is definitely the fun peak of this release! It’s another short, intense track but you’ll feel the burn in the bottom halves. There’s a new move in the lunges track – the three quarters squat. Coming up threequarters of the way in the squats means the load is kept on the leg muscles and boy, does it hurt!
And there’s no relenting of the pain in the massive shoulders track which features two supersets. You do three exercises back-to-back to challenge the shoulders in a slightly different way. Don’t be fooled with the cool feel of Kid Rock’s All Summer Long in the abdominals track as there’s a strong core challenge ahead, before you catch your breath and cool down to the smooth sounds of Let Me Be Myself by 3 Doors Down.
Although I’m only a BODYPUMP participant (I’m thinking maybe I’ll do the instructor module next year) I’ve had a few requests for the Body Pump 68 track list, so here it is! Below are the links to the songs on youtube (as best I could find) – obviously until the workshop I can’t guarantee that these are the exact versions used by Les Mills. The quarterly is in two weeks (November 15) so I’ll post my feedback then. Have now added my review here In the meantime enjoy!

BODYPUMP 68 Sizzler:
Look forward to lots of exciting new tempos and combos in BODYPUMP®68.
There is more focus, for example, on pure strength in the Chest Track, emphasis on power in the Back Track and overall, you are going to get a huge cardio blast. There are also some cool new moves in the Triceps, Lunges and Abs Tracks. Watch for lots of Singles and Bottom Halves in combination with slow strength in the Squats Track. The six sets of Singles will increase your heart rate, burn calories and help you get fit faster!
The heavy beat and uplifting feel of Big Girls Don’t Cry really powers you through this great interval training session. The new tempo in the Chest Track is the Slow Bottom Half – it is all about control and it’s tough! Watch out for the 4 Clean & Presses in a row in the Back Track. This is intense! This will lift up the heart rate and bring a huge power-training effect to this track.
No bar is used in the Triceps Track instead, the focus is on Kickbacks, Pushups and Seated Extensions and you’ll be able to sing along to the Veronicas’ Hook Me Up. Again, the Bottom Halves are the killers in the Biceps Track but give it your all because the song is short.
A remix of Listen to Your Heart will get you through the killer butt workout that is the Lunges Track. Your legs are going to be hammered with the Forward-Stepping Pulsing Lunge and then you’re going to give whatever’s left to the new move – the Front Squat. You position the bar on the front of your shoulders which gives you a totally new sensation in your legs and helps you maintain a perfect back position when squatting.
The Plate Crunch in the Abdominal Track adds resistance to your sixpack. Straight from the weight room, this is authentic resistance abs work at its best and will seal the deal in BODYPUMP® 68.
