Shortest & Longest BODYCOMBAT mixes (BC1-BC51)

Been updating this list for awhile now as each release comes out just to help instructors realise that if they don’t plan their playlist correctly they can run massively over (or under) time! BODYCOMBAT 51 actually sees only one change to the lists below, Here Tonight comes in as the shortest ever track 3 at only 4:14 (which is a shame as it’s probably my favourite track of the release!).
There are a couple tracks that do come close though. Track 8 (Land of the Dance) comes in over 8 minutes so just shy of a the record below held by BC50′s You’re The Feeling. The Muay Thai is really short in 51 too at a touch over 4 minutes.
So again, just goes to show – be careful when mixing or you could inadvertently have a class that runs 15 minutes over the hour (and that’s assuming you don’t stop the music for even a second) – or alternatively have a class that’s done in 37 minutes!

Will be interesting to see if the muay thai from BC52 tops Excalibur as that was a beast!
